Kathy Tarbox’s extensive knowledge and experience in real estate provides her with a unique view of the market trends and she is able to share this with her clients to help them make the best possible decision with regards to their needs and desires.

Based in Ottawa, Kathy will help you with all your buying and selling needs in the Ottawa area and in the surrounding towns. She specializes in buying and selling homes as well as investment properties and will be there to assist you in realizing your real estate goals.

Kathy enjoys taking a direct, hands-on approach with all of her clients and is well supported by her superb office staff and her Team at Exit Realty Matrix.

Kathy understands that the purchase of a home is often the largest purchase a person will make in their lifetime.  She believes that REALTORS have an obligation to be well educated and to provide protection  clients deserve and is constantly furthering her knowledge of the industry.  She wants to give her clients the same level of service that she would want when either purchasing or selling a home.

Her work ethic didn’t start in the real estate industry but followed her from her past career when she assisted several Top Producing teams in achieving their goals.

Kathy is a member in good standing with the Ottawa Real Estate Board , the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.

Having lived in several provinces in Canada such as Quebec, Ontario and Alberta, she has a strong ability to relate to and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and understands the needs and concerns of clients who are relocation.  She understands the special needs surrounding military relocations and the unique housing needs of our service people as she herself is married to a retired military personnel.

Kathy feels that the best path to her success is to help others get what they need to realize their success.  Because of her track record of “Trustworthy, Accountable and Reliable”, her clients become customers for life.  She can’t wait to provide you with the same service she has provided for past customers and making you a customer for LIFE!

It was in beautiful Ottawa that she discovered her real passion: Real Estate. She loves helping people and this is the perfect industry to do just that. She first worked as a real estate Administrative Assistant and then got her license to sell real estate. This transition was really natural for her. She loves the administrative aspect but working with people is what REALLY drives her.
